The crash took place in Hartford County around 12:35 a.m., Friday, Sept. 23 in Windsor.
According to the Connecticut State Police, A Nissan Altima was traveling northbound on I-91 in Windsor, when the vehicle ran head-on into a Kawaski Tracer.
Both the Nissan's driver, Dominique Loiselle, of Brighton, Massachusetts, and the passenger, James Bowen, of Longmeadow, Massachusetts, were pronounced dead at the scene, state police said.
The driver of the Kawaski, 34-year-old Jean-Louis Jephthe, of Leesburg, Florida, received minor injuries and was transported to Hartford Hospital.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene due to disabling damage.
